3. Gift Subscriptions

• Gift subscriptions can be purchased for another person. You will be required to provide the recipient’s name and delivery details during checkout.

• The recipient will receive a box according to the selected plan, but they will not be charged for any future renewals.

• Gift subscriptions are non-renewing by default unless otherwise specified at checkout.

• The recipient will not receive billing information but may contact us to manage delivery preferences or schedule.

4. Subscription Terms

• Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew according to the delivery schedule chosen (e.g., monthly, every 2 months).

• Subscriptions will automatically end on the 1st day of the wedding month or after all prepaid boxes have been delivered, depending on the plan.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellations can be made via your online account or by contacting customer support.

• If your plan includes a variable delivery frequency (e.g., increasing toward the wedding), the delivery schedule will be calculated at the time of order placement and visible in your account.

5. Prices and Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept payment via credit/debit cards, Apple and Google Pay.

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is available to addresses within the UK. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

• Subscription boxes are typically dispatched on the 3rd Monday of each month unless otherwise communicated.

• Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays outside our control, such as postal or courier disruptions.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of our curated boxes, we can only accept returns if the items are damaged or faulty.

• If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [[email protected]] with photos and a description.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
